The catalogue presents the customer benefits, the different pantograph variants, as well as the full range of available options. ### One key option included is theADD (Automatic Dropping Device), a safety system that automatically lowers the pantograph in case of impact or accident. Already a mandatory feature for pantographs used on EMUs, locomotives, and highspeed trains; it is nowbeing promoted for tramways.Two versions are available to address different customer needs: theeADD, using an electrical command, and the Mechanical ADD,operatingthrough a mechanical system. ### The training session focused on supporting the Sales team in understanding the catalogue and the key messages to convey to customers.
